Pros: Compact, neat swiveling lens design, relatively cheap, excellent metering
Cons: No optical viewfinder, no video-out port, red-eye problems
The CP 3500 is the three-megapixel version of the innovative little CP 2500 introduced by Nikon last spring. Nikons newest digicam retains virtually all of the features that made the CP 2500 popular, including the swiveling 3X optical zoom lens....
Pros: Very user-friendly, sleek design, good beginner camera. Cons: Wish it was more compact.
I finally got sucked into the age of digital cameras. Most of the people I knew around me already had a digital camera and they constantly talked about the convenience of being able to see your picture and play with it before you had it printed. So ...
Pros: Nikon reputation & past experience, Compact, Respectable megapixel rating, & Decent price! Cons: No optical viewfinder, Proprietary battery, Not all features available readily.
I'm usually one for long-winded, very methodically laid-out Epinions. And it's been awhile, but I had to opine very off-the-cuff about my recent purchase of the Nikon Coolpix 3500.
I bought it at a big-box wholesale club for just over $300....
Pros: Compact in size, easy to use, very versatile, wonderful pictures. Cons: Easy to put your fingerprints on the lens.
I was looking at purchasing a digital camera for the past 6 months and couldn't decide if I should purchase a 4.0+ megapixel camera or a 3.0+ megapixel camera. One of my concerns was that the majority of the 4.0+ megapixel cameras were the size of a...
Pros: Great pictures, corrects red eye problem in Coolpix2500, compact and stores loads of pictures Cons: Not an easy to use camera for beginners, quite expensive
This is a terrific digital camera. I bought the camera about a month after it came out in London and was quite impressed with the fact that Nikon took steps to correct problems that were often found in the Coolpix 2500. The Coolpix 3500 corrects the...
Pros: This durable and lightweight camera can take quality pictures and video of you and others. Cons: If you buy it in S. Korea all the instructions will be in Japanese.
I bought my Nikkon Coolpix 3500 at Youngsan electronics mart in Seoul, South Korea. I haggled them down to 275,000 Korean Won. This is approx 150 British Pounds (Sterling). Therefore approximately 200 U.S. Dollars. As you can see this is well below...
Pros: Easy to use, light weight, lots of options, rechargeable batteries, Cons: easy to put fingerprints on lens, you have to flip the lens everytime.
The Nikon Coopix 3500 Digital camera is great for people that don't know much about how to function a digital camera. It's functions are easy to use, it's compact, light weight. Great for beginners.
Pros: Swivel lens, compact size Cons: Terrible picture quality, menus are tough to navigate, software lacks
I bought this camera on a recomendation from the salesman (big mistake) who was bad mouthing the Kodak cameras (which is what I set out looking for). So I bought the Coolpix 3500 and brought it home to take some pics.
Pros: Easy to use, good price, its a NIKON, excellent features Cons: digital zoom gets pretty bad picture, but thats on all digital zoom
I got a great price on my NIKON 3500. I bought it at COSTCO in December 2002 for around $300. At the time I could not find this camera any where I looked (Ritz....ect...). I have just recently(March 2003) started to see this camera in stores. I have...
Pros: self portraits, swivel flash/lens, short 35 second movies, time frames Cons: Hate that there is no sound to the movies.
I absolutely love it, more pros than cons. It is so great and compact. I love that the lens/flash is swivel, turn it the way you like and still get a great picture!!! Love it that I can take 35 second movies, great for growing babies!! It's very easy to email pictures, and edit them too.
very easy to use, very difficult to break (for us clumsy types) by tfurth ,Aug 29 '04
Pros: small enough to fit in pocket. preprogrammed settings for different situations Cons: No AV output, no slide show feature.
Compact, neat swiveling lens design which is the part that I found breaks the most with other cameras, relatively small,
Cons: No optical viewfinder, no video-out port, red-eye problems, no slide show feature like the other Coolpix cameras I've had.
I liked so much this camera. Small, practice, very friendly to use, Cd instruction show you all of features and how to install, use, and FAQ about the product.
this is my first digital... by gooogle_dt3000 ,Feb 27 '03
this is my first digital camera, and it's surprisingly elegant in its simplicity and remarkably easy to use. literally ten minutes after it arrived and the battery was charged, i was out taking pictures, and it wasn't even necessary to read the instructions. the software works well with windows xp and is also easy to use. however the movie quality isn't so great and it's difficult to focus at night even with the different settings in effect. it was also not sold anything in my half of the state, so i had to purchase it online
