Pros: Reasonably Priced, Innovative, a few great games, wireless built-in, fun "extras" Cons: Graphics aren't as good as PS3 or Xbox360, No online games (YET!), mediocre game selection
Okay, so maybe $250 isn't exactly a "wii" price, but it's certainly more bang for your buck than it's competitors. PS3 & XBox360 certainly beat Nintendo in the graphics department, but for almost two and three times the price, that's to be expected. At ...

Pros: Fun to play
Almost used as cardio exercice Cons: Hard to get in store.
Waited 11 month to get my hands on one of those Wii. Finally I got one 2 weeks ago. The Wii from Nintendo is not the top of the line for hardware acceleration and high definition graphics (No HDTV). I knew that when I bought it. Nintendo was clear ...

Pros: cheapest console, family friendly, unique gameplay experience, lots of potential, backwards compatible Cons: dumping ground for shovelware, poor third party support, virtually no online multiplayer, lack of storage
As a huge gamer, I have all 3 of the current generation of consoles. I have had the Wii since launch, and it is a great system. Initial Cost: It's the cheapest home console on the market. It's also a more complete system out of the box then ...

Pros: Totally unique game interraction/controls. Nothing like it. Cons: Very few WII specific games. Lack of selection/poor graphics.
(updated review as of 12/2009).The price of the WII has fallen to around $200 and there is finally adequate supply. This is not a console for serious gamers and games that specifically incorporate the WII controls (and are fun) are still priced ...

Pros: Easy set up Cons: Costly
OK. We're in our 40's and remember when Atari came out. We had our fun with it, and I assume my parents sold mine for $5 at a garage sale in 1977. Since Atari, I dont think Ive ever played a video game except Pac Man. We've got no kids and no ...

Pros: Fun, Good for All Ages, User Friendly Cons: Not as useful with Multi-System games
Nintendo has been around for almost as long as I can remember video game consoles (minus the Atari). Although it has been a bit since they have come up with much, the Game Cube was sorely outbeated by Microsoft and Sony, Nintendo always brings me back to ...

Pros: Innovative Controls, great gaming library, and cheaper then the others. Cons: Graphics are not as strong as the competitive consoles.
The Wii is Nintendo's most recent entry into the gaming console world. It is of the same generation as its opponents the XBOX 360 and the Playstation 3. The Nintendo Wii, however, does not put its strengths into the power of the system, but the ...
