Pros: An amazing, challenging workout; lots of programs; cables for upper body Cons: I don't like the belt's angle at low levels.
I am reviewing the NordicTrack Incline Trainer X 10. This review also comes as a request from a consumer. So please request away. I am enjoying your requests and hope my reviews help you. What is an Incline Trainer? An incline trainer is not ...
Pros: Many different speed and incline settings, wide belt, many preset programs. Cons: Belt may be a little short for runners
I am reviewing a slightly different machine than usual here. This machine is the Nordic Track X10. It is a hybrid machine that is both treadmill and stair stepper. I have had the pleasure of using this machine on numerous occasions as well as selling ...
Pros: Superior workout to simple treadmills, ellipticals and stair climbers. Strong 3HP Motor, upper body cables. Cons: Folded 40x40 inch footprint still a bit large. Configuration of pulse display, bottle holder.
First off, I would recommend this machine to anyone who wants some added flexibility in their work out routines. Ive had the X10 for a little over 2 weeks now and so far it is working well. Plenty of likes, and a few dislikes, design wise, that ...
Pros: Extreme versatility; 3HP motor; solid construction; upper body cables; iFIT compatible; fat calorie meter; fans. Cons: Only one water holder, poorly placed. No remote holders. Pulse readout only scans.
It's a treadmill! It's a stepper! It's a ski machine! No, it's the NordicTrack X10 Incline Trainer, one machine that can give an amazing workout to folks at virtually any fitness level. We got the X10 to augment our already pretty complete home ...
The X-5 ships in a box 6ft tall, deep as a refrigerator and weighing over 350lbs. Stripped of boxes and pallets it feels like at least 240lbs. The weight is an asset for running stability, but it's challenging to tip back onto its wheels. When tipped (I ...
Pros: Incline, fans, quality, programs, speed, cushioning, arm pulleys, did I say INCLINE? quiet, beautiful, excellence Cons: BiG!@ pulleys are a little squeaky, heavy for moving.
Where do I start?? I spent months reviewing treadmills, shopping at fitness stores, trying equipment, reading about motors, weight limits, guarantees, features, etc. Finally I decided...the NORDIC TRACK X10 is it!! But there was a slight problem-It was ...
Pros: Solidly built. Great workout. Cons: Handrails don't come back far enough.
I've had my X10 set up and in use for about two weeks. So far I have found it to be a solidly built piece of equipment that provides a vigorous workout. However, I do find the positioning of the handrails to be a little awkward. The equipment is ...
Pros: The best cardio machine I have ever seen Cons: Heavy and bulky
This machine has everything. You can walk at up to 50% but so far I have only managed 40%. Any higher and I stretch my calves too far. It goes up to 12 MPH but I don't think anyone could go that fast at any incline over 10%, certainly not 50%. So you can't outgrow this machine as you get in better shape. I like the way the buttons are laid out so that you can change incline or speed with the touch of a single button.
The machine is very heavy and large so I had to carry it into my back yard to enter the house through a sliding glass door. It would be best if you can have it professionally installed. But in the end, it is worth it.
It is not compatible with my Polar HRM, it comes with its own. You need a lot of head room if you are going to use it at 50% incline. I have to put it into my living room since due to the hight. It will not work in a room with a standard ceiling.
