I just returned from London and stayed at the Novotel West in Hammersmith. It has easy access from the airport via the tube and is close to downtown London. My room had a comfortable bed, tv and so on with inside bathroom. they also serve a fine breakfast with hardworking and courteous staff. The service manager is outstanding in service and any help you may need. You can count on him. I would stay at this hotel and recommend it to my friends anytime. Enjoy.
