Pros: Comfortable room, convenient facilities
Cons: Might have got a more basic room if I'd been unlucky!
Summary: I was attending a training course at the hotel so it made sense to stay overnight prior to my course for the 9am start. I must have chosen an indirect route from the tube as it took me along the path of the flyover via the apollo theatre and it was a ... read more

Pros: Good location, clean rooms; worked for our first and second night in London!
Cons: Air-conditioner dripping, but that could be repaired.
Summary: We arrived in London on May 26th , very tired from a long flight and ready to rest. Since we were with a group on a tour, all of our luggage was put into a locked holding area, while we were checked in. This entire process did not take very long. ... read more

Summary: I just returned from London and stayed at the Novotel West in Hammersmith. It has easy access from the airport via the tube and is close to downtown London. My room had a comfortable bed, tv and so on with inside bathroom. they also serve a fine
