I really like Trim Spa Ephedra free. It suppressed my appetite and gave me energy. I must admit that I started jogging almost every day for 1 to 2 miles and was very careful about my eating habits while taking this product so I not sure if Trim Spa deserves all the credit for the weight loss but it definitely deserves some because my cravings were much easier to control. I lost 6 pounds my first week taking Trim Spa and I'm looking forward to more results. I feel great. I took 2 pills in the morning 2 after lunch and 1 around 5pm.

Well, yes, I admit I got sucked in too. I've watched the Anna Nicole commercials for months and gained about 8-10 pounds in the past year. So of course, I gave it a try and decided to pony up the $90 bucks for THREE BOTTLES and well, I was disappointed. The directions were quite simple and I took the recommended amount of pills two, twice a day, with lots of water and a multivitamin and you ask? Nothing happened, it's been about a month and while I haven't gained anything but I haven't lost an ounce. I even cut out soda and started walking a little more. After I took my dose of trimspa pills I actually felt well, hungry. I think I ate more in all honesty.

Took one half tablet 3 times in 1 day. Did well was feeling full with no jitter, by 7;30 that evening it hit and hit hard, HEADACHE EXTREME. Took advil for 3 days to try and overcome had to keep resting to get over. Very sickening product. I suggest using one half a pill for 1st day to see if you might have a reaction.

I was hoping this would have some effect on hunger pains but I have noticed zero difference. At first I was taking 1 pill before eating a meal and bumped it up quickly to the 2 pills 3x a day (max dose) and still no difference in decreased appetite. I'm still eating the same amount and not getting fuller faster. I am extremely disappointed :(. I'm going to finish the bottle but doubtful it will help any. I wish I had better review on this product! If you're looking at decreasing your appetite look elsewhere...TrimSpa doesn't cut it.

My husband and I bought ordered TrimSpa with two separate orders, two separate credit cards. We were both unable to use the product because it caused severe abdominal pains. We returned the product and they refused to honor refunds on what they called "multiple orders." They have given me one excuse after another and have refused to give me an accounting on how they computed the refund they did give, and why they won't refund for both orders, which were under two different names, clearly two orders.

My recommendation is a wholehearted "stay away" unless you are willing to throw away good money and don't care about the refund policy.

I saw all of the commercials with Anna Nicole and was amazed at her weight loss. I had twenty pounds to shed and thought I would give it a try. It did not work!
I used it for thirty days and followed all of the directions on the bottle. I was amazed that I did not lose a single pound. I took the empty bottle back to the store, hoping to receive a refund. The clerk told me the store was offering refunds because of false claims TrimSpa was using to sell their products.

My wife has been using Trim Spa for almost a month now and she loves it. I am just starting it as well, and it really does work - sure there are certain risks associated with it - as with any medication, but those risks far outweigh (no pun intended) the risk of being overweight. Combined with a sensible eating plan and exercise, this is a product that will really help you shed pounds. I would highly recommend this product, and as with any other diet plan, always consult your physician if you have any health issues.

I am about 5'4 and 139lbs. I try to workout least 3-4 times a week. I tried to have my old weight back which is 129lbs. I never bought any diet pills because I believed working out is the best way to reduce the weight. But I decided to try this this pill. I tried for whole month but didn't even lose one pound. Didn't make any difference and it was waste of money.
