Pros: If you cannot afford or want the super expensive laser machines, this it the way. Cons: If you don't understand how to use it. It will drain your money.
Some may believe that all 4 drums on this machine has to be replaced even if you use the black toner cartridge. However, you must know all the tricks. You may print in all black, but you must go into the settings and take the machine off "Auto Color" and set it to "Grayscale." If you do not do this, all four drums will run even when you are just printing in black. That will use up the color drums and cause you to have to buy new ones when your black drum goes out.
