Pros: good lighting , does a good all around job !!
Cons:   for the money a Very good Value.

I have had black and deckers ,and dirt devil portable vacs for the car
This little unit works excellent Much better than the others, for dirt as well as dust .
Mud I did not try nor should you ,it has 2 other attatchments just plug into the lighter and go with a cord  long enough to reach the trunk of my Lincoln well worth the $40 , PJ.

Pros: Light weight, free gift from Oreck store in "tax free" Merrimack, NH.
Cons: Wish it came in more colors, but it was free with a purchase.

When I bought my second vacuum for my grandmother I recently saw this vacuum on the shelf and asked the clerk about it. After playing with it for about 5 to 10 minutes the clerk said I could have it as our free gift. I have only used it once so far for cleaning up my back seat but it worked very well and was the right price for me Free! I was already going to buy my Grandmother the XL21 so the store Manager from the Merrimack said we could take it as a free gift. He showed me several other gifts including a happy eyes lamp, but we already had them.

Owe they also gave us a small buster vac with each purchase for using along the stairs and on upholstery. I'm not a vacuum expert yet, but from what I've seen my floors are much cleaner than I ever remember and I love the free medium size buster vac they gave us for free!
