I lived in Germany for nearly 15 years, and have had many delicious Wiener Schnitzels. The Old Europe version was the worst I have ever had....very thin.....over-cooked to the point of being totally dry. They served me two of these Wafer Schnitzels. Why they don't give give you one piece twice as thick is beyond me. My wife enjoyed her Jager Schnitzel, but I wouldn't go back on a bet.
