I bought this product from an online shopping site because it looked really cool. I have had it for about 3 years. It stopped working recently. I am not sure why. During the time that it was working I really enjoyed the large caller ID display and the fact that it would display the even the least known holidays. That part I liked; however, the phone part of the machine never worked well. You could not hear the people who called you very well and sometimes you would lose their voice altogether. Some part of the machine also makes an annoying buzzing sound. I know it was not just my phone because my sister and a friend bought it and had the same experience. We all liked the caller ID, but the phone was not made well. I wish they would fix whatever is wrong with it and I would buy another one just to get the caller ID. You can see it across the room and avoid those telemarketing calls during dinner.
