I have owned four different blood pressure instruments, and this is the best one. It fits on the wrist, but is just as accurate as the arm types. I checked mine out for accuracy in the doctor's office. There is no error for wrist position, as the APS feature tells you when the wrist is in the correct position. Another good feature is that this unit will not over-do the air pump-up. Try eBay to get the best price. Omron wrist monitors have been clinically tested.
