I also do the One-A-Day fad vitamins. I chose the Weight Smart. Until I read your review, I hadn't really read the words but merely skimmed them at the store. Ok, anything that will help me lose weight I'm game for. However, as you said -really read it. It says "to help you, while YOU control your weight". In other words it won't do it, you have to still. But my benefits are, I am dealing with stress better with all the extra B vitamins that are included.
Thanks for reminding me to open my eyes and use them as they were intended. I hope others do as well.
