Pros: Simple, small, lightweight, intuitive to use Cons: Leaves sharp edged rim on the opened can
Summary: OK, folks, I know you've seen this on the TV promos and you're curious about it, right? It sounds too good, right? Well, Thrifty Drug carries a lot of these items that are supposed to be available only on TV, so you can forget the disclaimer on the TV ... read more

Pros: Price: Only $20 (but you get what you pay for.) Cons: Cons: Short battery life and all the problems that ensue as a result!
Summary: I am stopping my lunch cooking to write this review because I am so mad and need to do this for therapy. I purchased the One Touch at Bed, Bath & Beyond after reading good reviews. I liked it okay - it runs slowly - but that's no big ... read more

Pros: Ease of use and affordable. Cons: none
Summary: The One Touch Can Opener is retail for $19.99. I bought mine at Bed, Bath, and Beyond using their 20% off coupons about 4 months ago. Let me say this on a side note: Never, ever buy anything from Bed, Bath, and Beyond and LinensN Things without a ... read more

Pros: Small design, handy idea. Cons: Too expensive and does not work. Gets stuck often and leaves sharp edges.
Summary: I bought this item about a year ago as an early "Christmas gift" to myself. The first time I used it, it got stuck on a can. It has done this every time since and it is virtually impossible to get it off. Like other reviewers have said, it cuts the ... read more

Pros: Doesn't take up countertop space. Cons: Doesn't work period.
Summary: One Touch Can Opener At first when I saw the commercials I thought cool, but what's the catch? I needed a new can opener and counter-top space is limited. I liked the idea of not busting my knuckles on the manual type. So I ordered my first One ... read more

Pros: Easier than the manual kind and takes up less space than an electric opener. Cons: Tricky to use at first and difficult to open battery compartment.
Summary: My mother raved about this can opener so I decided to get one of my own. After all, my electric can opener was broken and my manual one killed my wrists. I found one on sale at Walgreens for $19.99. A bit pricey for a can opener, but if my mother ... read more

Pros: Portable, small and works exactly as advertised. What more could you ask for? Cons: None that I have discovered.
Summary: Like most of us, I have fallen victim to the phenomenon of impulse buying - on line, in a store, or over the phone after seeing a compelling TV infomercial. More often than not, these purchases wind up either being returned (if they seem worth the time ... read more

Pros: Nice looking Cons: Doesn't fit on larger sized cans - not highlighted on external packaging
Summary: Not easy to use, despite the hype. We (several of us) all had a go trying to get this baby working.... forget

Pros: It could have been a dam good product Cons: can not change batteries if it’s stuck to the can
Summary: Hi, folks had the same problem as everyone else There is a little Pozidrive Screw hole underneath It enables you to manually turn the can so it opens After the cycle It is a very bad design, As you can not change batteries if it’s stuck to the can

Pros: Small size. Cons: Doesn't have much strength, can leave metal shavings inside can, fairly pricey.
Summary: This little can opener seems great in theory but in practice, it's only so-so. It's not that easy to put on the can. Each time I have used it, it's taken me several tries to get the opener on the can correctly. The worst part about it is the performance.

Pros: None Cons: Leaves slivers of metal in the food, can lid gets stuck, leaves sharp edges
Summary: Not only did this can opener not work on the very first can I used it on (the lid got stuck on the opener), the can opener cuts thin little slivers of metal which I had to pick out of the food! I can't imagine if I had eaten one of those metal slivers.

Pros: It looks cool Cons: It doesn't work!
Summary: It worked for a couple of months, but as noted by other users, it did not remove the lid very well, and left a sharp edge. Now, it does not work at all. I tried new batteries, but it still didn't work. I tried to call the customer service number that is

Pros: Hands free Cons: Broken, but when it worked: often didn't remove entire lid, very slow, ate batteries.
Summary: I bought this six months ago. It no longer works. I agree with other reviewers who have said it eats batteries, works very slowly, and often does not remove the entire lid, leaving a sharp edge after I was forced to twist the lid off. Yesterday I took

Pros: Small and doesn't take counter space Cons: Doesn't work on all can types, breaks easily
Summary: The first can had no problems. It was nice and small and fit in my drawer easily off the counter. After that, I found cans it did not work with at ALL, and on a lot of cans the lids would get stuck... then after one month of use, it quit working all

Pros: Other than small design, there isn't anything else Cons: Operational, doesn't work.
Summary: I purchased the One Touch at the local Linens and Things. The first can I opened was a standard soup type can. It took forever to complete the cycle. The opener stopped working half way around the second can. I thought it was the batteries (even

Pros: Superficially attractive shape. Cons: Doesn't work, due to multiple defects in the design.
Summary: I tried it on five medium-sized cans. It failed completely on two of them, and the results were suboptimal on the others. When it fails, the unit stays attached to the partially-opened can. This situation is difficult to deal with. The unit does

Pros: It has to work before it can have any. Cons: Weak unit. Eats batteries. Not worth your time or money.
Summary: I am very disgusted with this opener. It has never opened the first can. The first batteries I put in the thing didn't go but about 1/3 of the way around the can before the motor slowly ground to a halt. I thought it might be the batteries and I put in
