While they are a relatively new genre, tactical shooters are also a rather popular genre. Rainbow Six, Rogue Spear, Swat 3…the list goes on and on. However, most of these games focus on stealth more than anything else.

I enjoyed the original OFP, but not as much as I should have. I was less familiar with strategy games and computers than I am now and OFP didn't have a very good tutorial. The manual isn't too helpful and even the FAQ you find online is lacking.
