This is by far the best toothbrush I've ever owned. I used to use the HyG ionic toothbrush, then moved to the cheap Oral-B $15 powered one. I decided to try this one because the box said that it could clean as well as flossing. I usually floss in the morning but sometimes I get rushed and I thought that I could save time and money by flossing every other day and using this toothbrush to clean daily. It really has worked out.

Although this unit is expensive ($130 retail), I was able to purchase mine from ebay for $45. It is much more powerful than the cheaper units, has an awesome sensor that shuts off if you press too hard against your teeth (to prevent you from wearing down the enamel), an LED battery indicator, good battery life (about a week for one person using it twice a day), a timer to guide your brushing (stutters after 30 seconds to switch quadrants).

This is a great product and I wouldn't use any other toothbrush.
