Pros: So frustrating you won't even need that morning cup of coffee. Looks cool. Cons: Seems to struggle with its main purpose: Making toast!
Like many of the other poor suckers who purchased this toaster, I bought it for three main reasons: its reported ability to make toast, its cool looking design, and because it was made by Oster, what I used to think was a trustworthy brandname. I ...
Pros: Easy to clean. Lightweight. Nice looking. Cons: The blue light may be just a little too bright.
Recently we decided that it was time to remodel our 18 year old kitchen. I don't know many women who don't get excited about going out and picking all new, modern appliances. I sure was!It may seem like a small thing to most people but when the ...
We were recently in the market for a new toaster after several years of not having one. We had a great toaster oven that also did a pretty decent job toasting bread. When our venerable toaster oven died, we decided we didn't need an oven anymore and a ...
Pros: Compact, simple, looks good Cons: Cheap feeling, sometimes bread gets stuck
I paid $19.99 at Target about 1 year ago. So, far the toaster is doing what it is supposed to do…toast. Here is a little information if you are thinking about purchasing this not-so-expensive 2-slice Oster toaster. LOOKS On a scale of 1 to 10 ...
Pros: nice looking, inexpensive Cons: uneven toasting, lever doesn't catch, annoying always-on blue light
I needed a new toaster, and this Oster model was one of the few in the store that would look good in my kitchen and didn't have a lot of extra, unnecessary options. I noticed something that I disliked as soon as I got it home and plugged in. There are ...
Pros: Its crumb tray is the only redeeming feature, though it's not very user friendly Cons: It's not very sturdy and it causes a lot frustration that could be avoided.
My previous toaster was a hand-me down from a friend who was just moving out of state and gave me one. I needed one anyway so I thought it will give me some time between now and when I remember to buy one. I thought buying was an easy thing. I went ...
Pros: always toasts to perfection, attractive design, and easy to clean Cons: the pop up spring is very weak, bagels don't fir very well in the slots
I went to the store looking for just a cheap average toaster. I wasn't going to spend any more than 20 or 30 dollars I just wanted to get something to toast my well toast. I spent $21 on this and I would definitely say it was worth every penny. It has ...
Pros: None that I can see- Cons: Everything that I seen on this useless toaster- the temperature and the lever
I had just bought this toaster and never had I thought I would get into the mess I did. This is how the story started. I was going to have a brunch for a family reunion and I decided I needed another toaster. Here are the problems I had encounter ...
Pros: I works fairly well Cons: I really cannot stand that little neon light flashing constantly
I purchased a Crumby Toaster by Oster because it is such a reliable brand name, and typically I have had really good experience with Oster products. The Crumby Toaster is a kitchen appliance that I was extremely disappointed in and glad that I did ...
Pros: I like the wide slots that allows me to toast bagels and rolls Cons: There are no cons other than I wished I had owned one before now.
One morning after burning approximately 10 pieces of toast and given up, without eating any toast that day, I realized that I needed a new toaster. I went in search of a toaster where the timer would generate me perfect pieces of toast without requiring ...
Pros: Stopped working in 2 days! Cons: looks nice, but it has to work, too.
I was tired of our toaster ovens breaking and decided to just get a basic toaster for toasting bread. There has been a cheap Oster in my office for several years that works great so I picked up this one at Target. I was very happy with the way it toasted and the way it looked. But the second night, I couldn't get the toaster the turn on. Eventually, I took out one slice of the bread and it worked. It worked fine for 2 more days and this morning the same thing happened again. So it's going back today. IS there a reliable toaster out there?

Pros: Easy to use, pleasing appearance, glowing blue button makes nice night light. :] Cons: Toasted items must be speared out. Slow to toast.
This toaster seems slow to toast. It has two toasting selection buttons: one for toast and one for bagels. If you like the crust on your bagel a little crunchy, choose the bagel mode, but watch it, as I seem to burn my bagels. On the toast setting, bagels aren't as crunchy or brown, but they don't burn, so experiment with the time setting. Our biggest gripe with this toaster is that the toasted item must be speared out, as it does not pop up high enough to grab with one's fingers.
Pros: ABSOLUTELY NONE Cons: This is the worst toaster that we have ever owned.
Avoid this toaster/crematoria at all costs, unless you intend to reduce to ash all your bread products. Just prior to this posting, my wife alerted me to the column of smoke erupting from the toaster. After making my way through the haze filled room filled with the thick cloud I was able to open the windows. I would not say that this toaster is green, since to use it you must open all the windows and lose all your heat, something that is not spelled out in the instruction manual. In conclusion, if you like the flavor of carbon and the great outdoors when it is 30F outside than this is the toaster for you, otherwise re-gift it to someone you absolutely despise. They will thank you in their own special way.
Pros: Even toasting, looks good, easy to clean. Cons: IT TAKES A LONG TIME TO TOAST THINGS.
The Oster 6331 is a decent toaster for the price, but has it's flaws.
It does look good with the neon looking buttons, it has toast, bagel, frozen settings as well as a shade settings allow for light to dark toasting.
The different settings I think change how the item is toasted... meaning bagels get heated differently on each side than toast or frozen items.
There is a tray on the bottom so you can easily clean the crumbs out from the bottom.
It toasts evenly and has decent size slots. They won't accept an uncut bagel, but are bigger than the old school toaster slots.
My one issue with it is that it takes an unusually long time to toast things. I am not an impatient person, but this toaster takes a loooooong time. Even with all the above good things I wrote, I wouldn't buy this again due to the toasting time.
