    Pros: Good build quality, good spring tension, locking mechanism, grippy nylon heads
    Cons: Not the cheapest, you will want metal heads for high temperatures

    Pros: Usable on Teflon, not as sharp as the metal version.
    Cons: Not recommended for high heat environments.

    Pros: Dishwasher safe, does not take up much room in drawer.
