I have had this pan for a few days but have used it around 5-6 times. Nothing sticks you don't need to spray it and it cooks things so evenly they come out perfect! Easy to clean and use I think my next stone will be the small bar pan. I have been told that you can use these in the microwave provided they fit so the small bar pan will be perfect for that... A+ all the way I love Pampered Chef!
