This product is so sharp that i have cut myself many times while trying to use it and clean it. I have not had much luck finding an easy way to clean it even in the dishwasher it leaves food where the blade passes through the handle. The blade is nice and big and cuts well but you have to really hold on to it so it doesn't slip. Good thing it has a cover so that when you are reaching for it in the drawer you are safe!
