We usually use Seventh Generation diapers, but I bought a pack of Pampers Baby Dry for a recent trip to the Bahamas and was sorely disappointed. My son's clothes and our Baby Bjorn were soaked through before we left the Nassau airport. The diapers continued to leak, especially at night. I think these diapers are probably comparable to other major brands, but I have gone back to Seventh Generation myself. They don't leak!
