This microwave is good for mabey a short short time replacement but it will not last at all.  It has poor quality and mine stoped working after about 4 months called customer service and they didnt even know about this microwave at all.  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRODUCT.

Pros: Cooks food very fast, looks great
Cons: Spoiling microwave safe containers, complicated power level funda

I just bought this microwave newly about couple of weeks back. Everything is good & fundamentals are strong. Food gets heated very soon. However we are facing one problem - whenever we heat our food (like dal) in a microwave safe plastic container, the container is getting scratches inside. Initially we thought this is the problem with the container from 'snapware'. So we changed to containers from 'rubbermaid' & the same thing happened. I'm not sure if there is something wrong with microwave:(

Pros: Worked well for 2 months.
Cons: Stopped working after 2 months, odors linger inside microwave even after thorough cleaning.

I wish I would have seen the reviews before purchasing this microwave. After 2 months and 1 day it completely stopped working and gave me an error code. Now I am supposed to take it to service center 20 miles away from my home and wait for them to fix it! Save your money and buy from a more reliable brand!

Pros: Worked well when it worked
Cons: Company won't stand behind product.  Will break-down after 1-year warranty.

The glass tray of our Panasonic stopped working 2 month's after the manufacture's 1-year warranty expired.  No help from Panasonic and they are completey unwilling to stand behind their product without outside of the warranty. 

DON'T PURCHASE A PANASONIC MICROWAVE.
