Pros: Nice features and design.
Cons: Appalling customer service.
Buzzer very soft.

Pros: Worked well when it worked
Cons: Company won't stand behind product. Will break-down after 1-year warranty.
Summary: The glass tray of our Panasonic stopped working 2 month's after the manufacture's 1-year warranty expired. No help from Panasonic and they are completey unwilling to stand behind their product without outside of the warranty. DON'T

Pros: Worked well for 2 months.
Cons: Stopped working after 2 months, odors linger inside microwave even after thorough cleaning.
Summary: I wish I would have seen the reviews before purchasing this microwave. After 2 months and 1 day it completely stopped working and gave me an error code. Now I am supposed to take it to service center 20 miles away from my home and wait for them to fix
