Pros: Worked well when it worked
Cons: Company won't stand behind product. Will break-down after 1-year warranty.
Summary: The glass tray of our Panasonic stopped working 2 month's after the manufacture's 1-year warranty expired. No help from Panasonic and they are completey unwilling to stand behind their product without outside of the warranty. DON'T

Pros: Worked well for 2 months.
Cons: Stopped working after 2 months, odors linger inside microwave even after thorough cleaning.
