Pros: Good looking, GREAT recorded picture quality. Nice and useful features.
Cons: Confusing screens, VERY poor design. Many Many problems.
Summary: Bought seven months ago and returned twice. Panasonic has a problem with thier software. My parents have the next higher model and experience same issues. I have spent $30 so far just sending it back to Panasonic. It takes about two - three weeks
