Pros: Good shaver.  Love the wet/dry.
Cons: Poor customer service by Panasonic.  Shaver died twice.  Replaced the first, but not the second.

I loved this product.  It gave a great smooth shave...I prefer a Brazilian look.

Then, within one year (which is the warranty period), it stopped working.  It wouldn't keep a charge.  So I contacted Panasonic who agreed to send me a replacement if I sent it to them (I paid for shipping).  I received the replacement and within 6 months, the same thing happened.  I called Panasonic again and they told me they would not replace it because it was more than 3 months since I received the new shaver.  They offered me 20% off another one.

Why give a one-year warranty, followed by a 90-day warranty?  Is it the product?  If it's faulty...fix it!  If it's a fluke...send me a new one!  The replacement lasted half the time the original one did!
