Pros: Small and comfortable handsets, clarity, range, price. Cons: Belt clips more for novelty use..
Since most of the calls I receive these days are from my 2 and 3-year-old nieces and nephews, I needed a phone that was as static free as possible. My aging VTech cordless phone just wasnt cutting it anymore; it was hard enough understanding adults ...
Pros: Great sound quality and features. Good price for a dual handset phone system. Cons: No replacement handset's available so don't break or loose it!
I've been a dedicated vtech cordless phone user after trying many brands over the years and decided to give this one a try. I purchased it from Walmart during Christmas 2005. It was on sale for $50.00 which was a very good deal. The quality and sound ...
Pros: reliable, well made, great receiver quality Cons: speed dialing a pain to program and use
I have done a review of my other Cordless Panasonic. I have an office phone line in my home also, and bought this set for that line. The line actually comes in the utility room in my house, far away from my home office, so the base sits in that room ...
Pros: Long battery life, light, use to use, 2 handsets, answering machine Cons: some interference with the microwave oven
Are you frustrated with your heavy cordless phone which has a very short battery life? Do you want more than one handset that would allow your wife/husband to join the call? You might want to try these phones. I had 2 cordless phones before I decided to ...
Nice phone, lousy service and tech support by courageouslion ,Oct 04 '07
Pros: Light, easy to use. Cons: Lots of money for phone that won't work a year. Lousy warranty period.
I purchased a set of these phones after a lightning storm took out every phone in my house. It worked well for about 6 months. Well, now the #2 handset will not regain signal to the base unit. I tried everything the book says plus a repeat of everything the book says by the tech support at Panasonic. Still no connection to base. To me a phone like this should last more than the warranty period, or else the warranty period needs to be longer than 90 days.
PERIOD!
Pros: Great audio quality.
Easy to use features/menus. Cons: No so far.
I purchased this phone about 2 weeks ago and have been very happy with its performance. The voice clarity is very good. It has a "voice enhancer" feature, but I find it sounds better in the normal mode. Very clear audio - no echoes or static - as good as our corded phone. We had a lot of trouble with echo and static on our previous phone, a 900 Mhz AT&T model.
Battery life appears to be good. Only requires 6 hours for the initial charge, which is better than some other makes/models that require up to 12 hours.
Being able to retrieve messages from either of the handsets is nice, and it is simple to share the phone-number directory between the handsets. The intercom feature is nice.
I keep the second handset/charger in a room that doesn't have an available phone jack. Nice to be able to do that.
Microwave Wiped out Phone signal by mrakestraw ,Sep 05 '05
Pros: Didn't really get a chance to test it. Cons: Microwave Wiped out Panasonic KXTG2432B Phone signal, it was unusable while the microwave was on.
I researched dual handset 2.4 GHZ phones and all pointed to KXTG2432B being a great buy ($79.00)for the features that this phone comes. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to test any of the features as within the 1st hour of installation of the Panasonic KXTG2432B I discovered that our built in microwave caused the telephone to cut in and out, it was unusable while the microwave was on.
Decent phone, some issues though by dbstrutt ,Feb 06 '06
Pros: Nice features, decent sound Cons: Small handset, no ffwd button, static with headset
This is a decent phone, the sound is generally good. The answering system works pretty well too. My beefs: the handset is fairly small, certainly smaller than my previous cordless phone, consequently people can have trouble hearing me because the microphone is not that close to my mouth (my head isn't that big). Also, there is no fast forward button on the answering machine, which is an annoying omission. As well, I bought a headset for the phone, but when the plug turns in the jack (which is very often) it produces bad static which the other person can hear.
