Pros: speakerphone in handset, easy to program, rebate offer, features Cons: interference with radio station, handset does not function while in cradle
We purchased two of these phones a few weeks ago to resolve some potential wireless LAN issues and also to replace one aging 2.4 GHz phone that was past its prime and one antiquated 900 MHz phone that was broadcasting our calls for our neighbours on ...

Buyer Beware!!!! Lemon of a product...
by chitchat2007 ,Jun 29 '07
Pros: only cost $24 on clearance Cons: defective way too soon!
Purchased this phone on 12/4/06. Sound quality not as good as previous model I owned, bought in order to have caller id display. As of mid-June 2007, caller ID no longer displays on phone, although I still have called ID service with my telephone service provider. (I have not experienced lightning damage, power failure, etc). Called Panasonic customer service, was walked through contrast/display technical issues. None of solutions proposed solved problem. Bought new battery yesterday to solve problem. It did not solve it, either. Still under warranty, but have to ship back at my own cost. Seems to me Panasonic could absorb this, as other companies do by sending out call tags, in order not to offend this customer, but they were unwilling to do so. LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Was considering purchases of several electronics purchases in the next three months, but now, none of these will be a Panasonic based on the lousy customer service I received. They've lost a previously loyal customer on this one!

Pros: The range is good. Cons: Voice clarity degraded after a year of service.
I have had this phone for over a year.
I bought the Panasonic one because the 2.4 Ghz model has been great to me. Excellent range and voice clarity was excellent.
So I bought the 5.8 Ghz model the first 12 months it was great lately however the voice clarity has gone down im very disappointed.

Pros: Reception and sound quality are good. Cons: NO MEMORY KEY OR SPEED DIALING. INCREDIBLE...
I have had this phone for about 2 weeks, and am generally satisfied. Reception and sound quality are good, even when used outside the house and some distance from the base.
