Pros: Softens hair, offers more protection from the sun than conditioners you rinse
Cons: Scent could be better, best if used alone

Summary: Paul Mitchell ‘The Conditioner’ is one of the three products I bought when my husband had a dry hair and scalp problem. Unlike the Tea Tree Special conditioner I reviewed, it’s a leave-in treatment. The Conditioner is created for all hair ... read more

Pros: Curls my hair a bit. Great if use small amount
Cons: Have to comb it after it's dry to get your hair silky again.

Summary: I tend to rush out of the house with my hair combed but still slightly wet. Because this conditioner holds my hair a bit, it looks as if I've taken longer to style my hair than I really have. Trick with this product (I learned from a hairdresser) is to ... read more

Cons: No protection against heat, no sheen, gooey, Expensive, overall unhealthy, fragile hair.

Summary: My Reason for Buying this product: Paul Mitchell's The Conditioner is a rare for it's type of usage. This conditioner is a leave-in type, and since I am so busy during the year, I tried to find a conditioner that I didn't have to wait for 3-5 minutes in ... read more

  • Awesome for my semi-frizzy, medium thickness, wavy hair!

    Dec 9, 2003 by
    Rated a Very Helpful Review
Pros: Not tested on animals. Leaves my hair soft and shiny.
Cons: Must wash hair a little more often. Too oily for some people.

Summary: First of all, I don't recommend this conditioner if you have thin or fine hair. However, I have semi-frizzy (lots of broken strands), wavy, semi-textured, medium thickness hair. It can be a huge pain to dry and still hold some curl and look decent ... read more

    Nov 14, 2003 by
    Rated a Very Helpful Review
Pros: Can be used as a glue or paste for craft projects.
Cons: Horrible Odor, Odd Consistency, Terrible Results.

Summary: I purchased Paul Mitchell “The Conditioner” from my local salon for $15.99 (for the large 16.9 fl. oz. bottle). I am forever on the search for a good leave-in conditioner. I hadn’t used Paul Mitchell products for a while, but was always satisfied ... read more
