Pros: They're cheaper than the major car rental companies by a few dollars.
Cons: They add in additional extras without your consent and consistently try and upsell you.

Cons: Inconvenient (it is off-site), unprofessional, inaccurate, unknowledgeable, unhelpful (no maps), slow, slow, slow!
