Pros: Playful, deep and comic at the same time.
Cons: You have to take it slow and read some parts twice.
Peer Gynt is one of my favorite plays. Perhaps it has something to do with my being a Minnesota Swede and being able to relate to the Nordic mythology. In this review, I quote the Rolf Fjelde translation, published by the University of Minnesota press....
