I have never had such a poor experience at a restaurant. We sat at the table for 20 minutes before anyone took our drink order, the waitress forgot to place the order for one meal, so that dish arrived 30 minutes after the rest of our party. At no point did anyone come to apologize for the quality of service, and when we asked to see a manager, we were treated very rudely. When we asked to speak to a manager, a hostess was sent to our table with comment cards. Several tables in our section were equally appalled with their service and when we inquired to one of the busboys, he said that our complaints were not unusual- this seems to be a common occurance.
