Pros: Arguably the best scope for the money. VERY nice piece of optics. Bright. Sharp.
Cons: Focussing screw is very slow. Takes a lot of cranking from near to far. Heavy.
Summary: We have waffled for several months about which spotting scope to buy. Some of our friends in the Knoxville Chapter of The Tennessee Ornithological Society (KTOS) have Zeiss and Swarovski scopes that are VERY nice but cost a couple of kilobucks. (Or ... read more
