Not *ONLY* for dummies

Pros: Easy, lighthearted approach to the topic
Cons: Sometimes not in-depth enough
I have to kind of laugh when I see the "For dummies" books. Especially titles like "UNIX for Dummies" (If you're a dummy, should you really be using UNIX?) or "MAC for Dummies" (if the mac is so easy to use, why this book?) ...
