Does anyone make a good drip machine?

Pros: good looks, proper brew temperature
Cons: brewhead does not "shower" the grounds
The Philips HD7606 is actually a decent coffee maker for the price, but with just a few inexpensive design changes it could have been made much better.

Great Style, Great Coffee

Pros: Style, ease of use, water filter, selectable amount and strength.
Cons: Pot not standard shape if need to replace. Water filter hard to locate.
This machine is offered in different colors in different stores. The base HD 7606 model number remains the same with the rest being an indicator of the color.
