    Pros: Was on the cheaper side
    Cons: Doesn't last

    Pros: decent sound; no repairs needed - this unit is disposable.
    Cons: really really bad after-sales service; major parts not available.

    Summary: looks good & weighs like it's tough! very robust sound --- good enough... plays VCD/SVCD; 5-disc means you don't have to stand up and reload multi-disc movies like LOTR. BUT looks can be deceiving... mine lasted JUST AFTER the 2 year extended
