Pros: Amazing cleaning, yet gentle enough for sensitive teeth. Cleans whole mouth with minimal effort.

Pros: Speed, comfort, size of head and head angle are good designs.
Cons: Poor charger unit design for international use
Summary: I purchased my Sonicare Elite 7800 from my Periodontist in Canada in 2007. I have since returned to Australia. The charger unit failed when I plugged it into 240v. It should work on all voltages - 120v as in Canada and the USA and 220v 240v in UK /
