Slimline receiver for the non-demanding only!

Pros: Very slim profile, sleek styling
Cons: Limited controls on unit, confusing remote
After extensive internet research into available low-end receiver/amplifiers, I found this unit to be one of only a handful that was designed with a slimline profile (most other units were 6-8 inches in height, and needed to be placed at top of stack)....

Sleek, slim Pioneer A/V receiver is unique

Pros: Elegant, uniquely low-profile design. Higher power than VSX-C100 (50W vs. 30W/ch). Universal remote.
Cons: Lacks coaxial digital input (optical only). No multichannel analog input for DVD-A.
