Pros: Clear connection. Works nicely. Lightweight. Volume controls on the headset. Cons: Boom can pivot from your mouth, forcing head tilt to talk.

BEWARE !!!!!

Pros: don't know yet. Cons: there are two models to choose from, you might end up with the wrong one.
I purchased the CS50 after I was told by sales rep it will work, "NO PROBLEM" with my AVAYA 2420. Well come to find out it does not !!! The model AWH-55 is the model I need to buy, which does not need the HL10 handset lifter to answer calls because my phone is digital. The AWH-55 and the CS50 are the same style but know what model you should be using before you buy.
