I liked this headphone, because of the in-line volume/mute switch. But I'm now getting ready to throw my 2nd unit in the garbage can, because once again, after about 1 year of use, the folks on the other end of my calls are telling me I am cutting in and out, and often they can't hear me at all, until I unplug the headphones.
