Pros: Reliable, fast and well designed, excellent interface. Software works well.
Cons: Bulky, long warm up time, goes to sleep too quickly. Photographs not a strong point.

Cons: Everything. Never worked.

I bought this scanner with the idea of scanning books. This is the worst $300.00 bucks I have ever spent. This scanner has
never worked for me.

I thought that maybe it was my laptop, but I tried hooking this scanner up to several different computers all with the same problems.

I've pulled my hair out trying to get this piece of junk to work.

Their tech support also stinks.

Save your money and stay away from this one.
