Pros: Its Pokemon, Easier to Purify Shadows, Music Cons: Same Graphics as Colosseum, You can only catch shadow Pokemon, Main Character Has No Name
I have done a ton of reviews for Playstation and I felt bad for leaving my Gamecube in the dust. My first review was actually a Gamecube game and after righting a review on that game, which was Wrestlemania XIX, I stop writing about Gamecube games. So I ...

Pros: Good story mode, can trade pokemon with a Gameboy Advance pokemon gamepack. Cons: Single players can only do quick battle in VS. Mode. The dialogue sometimes seems childish.

Pros: Great for Pokemon lovers!! Great graphics!! A lot of levels of play. Cons: It is a bit on the hard side, more appropriate for the older Pokemon fan.
I have two boys, they are eight and ten years old. My ten year old has to help my eight year old at times because it is a little too hard for him. My ten year old is stuck on level thirty at Mt. Battle because it gets harder as you go along. The ten ...

Man, is it hard to stop
by velociraptor62 ,Mar 28 '07
Pros: Very good graphics, and impossible to stop. Cons: Some parts where challenging or overly boring.
Pokemon Gale of Darkness is probably one of the best games I have ever played. I had to restart a few times (and sadly stopped playing for it had grown frustrating to keep restarting) but until the last time I gladly restarted and each time got closer to finishing. I recommend this game to anyone who loves Pokemon games and is always looking for the next best one.

Hard to tear my son away!
by athensmama ,Mar 18 '07
Pros: The kids love it! Cons: My son seemed to really need the players guide, which was an additional purchase.
My son received this game for this 9th birthday. Even I enjoyed watching him play. From my understanding, certain pokemon have become "shadow" pokemon. You have to find them and rehabilitate them. My son loves this game! He did make good use of the players guide, which was a separate purchase.
He seemed to get stuck in certain parts, and needed to go online to extra assistance. My 2 sons would also play each other in arena battles. the multiplayer feature is really nice if you have more than 1 pokemon fan in your home.

Harder than PKMN Colosseum.
by bowser18 ,Jun 22 '06
Pros: The graphics are very good. Cons: It is a very, very hard game.
I'm having a very hard time beating this game,it is so much harder than PKMN Colosseum! The shadow lugia is getting to be a nuisance to even look at!He looks cool but I wish I could purify it.I know how to,but I can't pull it off.You have to get perfect tempo in all nine purifing chambers, and I don't have enough pokemon, and their tempo is't high enough,I hope the info helps someone that doesn't know how to purify the shadow lugia, and I hope you comment me.Bye.
