Pros: Great picture, excellent sound, swivel LCD screen very convenient, feature packed.

Pros: price, swivel monitor, different display settings
Cons: Poor quality, stops working w/ only 6 months of use.

Bought two players in Sept '05.
Both of them no longer work. They power up but they don't spin so the DVDs aren't read. They were never dropped nor were they excessively bumped around/mishandled.
When they worked they were great for the price.

Pros: Good picture nice sound light weight easy controls.
Cons: Not playing all the different brands DVD-R DVD+R

I wanted a portable DVD player that would play my DVD-R or DVD+R that I've recorded. The box says it will play them but having trouble getting to play different brands.
