And make room for Polysporin! Normally I do use Neosporin, But on one particular day I ran out and needed more.

Dermatologist recommended-for a reason!

by ydoc , May 09 '01
Pros: Great Product that works as advertised.

Excellent for Treatment of Acne
by blaisepascal ,Feb 14 '05
Pros: Cheap, easy to apply.
Cons: Still tube.
I am writing this to let all Polysporin users know that you should try using Polysporin to reduce redness, inflammation and acne swelling.

Polysporin is a great common drugstore antibiotic cream (Bacitracin Zinc and Polymyxin B Sulfate Ointment, U.S.P.) It is usually applied to moisturize and minimize the appearance of scars and prevents infection.

Try it on a few facial blemishes you will surely be surprised! It tends to make your skin oily where it is applied however an overnight application before bed ensures best results.

Better than Bactroban
by wachulin ,Jul 01 '05
Pros: Works Fast
Cons: None
My daughter suffers from extreme skin allergies, which get infected easily. In a recent trip we made to the states we forgot to bring the Bactroban (which the doctor recommended and is by prescription only) with us. On the second day of the trip she got an ugly infection and we were going crazy because we didn't have the Bactroban. With out this the probability of going to the hospital is at about 90%. We were desperate and before going to the hospital we went to a supermarket with a pharmacy. We started looking for Neosporin but wanted something better. I saw this brand and believing what it said bought it. Believe me is worth every penny. The infection was gone in less than two days and that's something that not even Bactroban could have done. Try it and if you have kids keep one with you always.

I used it last night for the first time and it was the first night in a month I didn't scratch my arms until I bled.!!I have purchased numerous products in the last month, searching for some sort of relieve, and happened upon this by mistake and thought what the hell I'll give it a try.I am in awe and so grateful I found it on the shelf,I never write to company's but this stuff is amazing, and I JUST HAD TO COMMENT, about it.to the maker's of this, job well done .One very happy and pain/ itch free consumer..Shari Macgillivray N.S Canada
