Pros: Perfect operation, Trigger guard, Good Reputation Cons: Expensive, Somewhat heavy
My father and I are remodeling my home. I am a tool lover, but usually need an excuse to purchase one. Covering our kitchen and living room with tongue and groove plank siding provided the opportunity. I researched my choices thoroughly and narrowed ...
I bought the DA250A because I was looking for a nailer that I could use for base, chair rail, crown molding and general household work. It sure makes an easy job of crown molding. The angle design is sure an asset when you are in tight places. If you...
When I shopped for a finish nailer I looked at the top brand, Senco. It was by far the brand most people recommended. I then started to look at the other brands, Paslode, Stanley-Bostich, etc.. and came across the Porter-Cable. I was impressed by it...
Pros: Angled nail storage, rubber boot on nose, and build quality Cons: Occasional double fires.
I have a lot of tools that I just love, and that save me a huge amount of time, but this nailer is my favorite by far. I am renovating a 100 year old house. This work involves a lot of time stripping and refinishing the trim. After wasting all that time...
Pros: price, reliability, availability of nails, adjustable vent Cons: weight
Bought this to trim my new house and was looking for a reasonably priced tool that I could rely on. I dont know how it would hold up to everyday contractor use, but for the occasional heavy user or the average homeowner I dont see how you could go...
Pros: Low Cost, Durable construction Cons: Rubber boot comes off to easy
I bought this tool for doing trim work on my daughters home. It has performed Faultlessly now for aver a year. My biggest complaint is the rubber shoe comes off to easily, and I have lost two of them because of this. It has good nail depth adjustment, and the angled body makes it a dream to use in tight places. Although a little heavy, it still does not wear you out over a long period of use. Once again, Porter Cable hits a home run.
