    Pros: Lots of restuarants and shops, Events, relaxing
    Cons: Traffic through tunnels can be heavy when coming into the area.

    Pros: Downtown Portsmouth is alive with restaurants, shops and lots of interesting architecture.
    Cons: Some parts of town are less salubrious
