Our website today read: Website down, please call immediately to billing and make prompt payment.

A new company, Nine Dot Systems, Inc. recently purchased PowerSurge Technologies. The billing clerk said the new company wanted to establish better business practices and any company that had invoices more than 30 days past due were to have their website shut down. We have been a customer since July, 2005 and did not receive a bill in February so therefore did not have an invoice posted. They admitted that no one was contacted prior to deactivation of our website. So much for better business practices! I am looking for a new host!
