Pros: free 30 day trial Cons: unable to cancel through their web site lame customer service

Worst Customer Service Ever

Pros: Free 30-day trial Cons: Can't cancel the trial before the 30 days is up.
I subscribed to Privista to get a look at my credit report. I logged in and got my report and the site is ok. When I tried to log in again, I couldn't remember my user name, just my password. I sent emails to all four email addresses they had listed for support twice and all were returned as refused... Did they want to wait until my 30-day trial was over to let me contact them? The first time I tried to call, I got a recording that their office closed at 5pm EST... not customer-friendly at all. Then trying to call during their hours, I wait on hold forever until I decide not to waste any more of my phone's minutes waiting when I'd probably get purposely disconnected in fear I was calling to cancel before they could charge me.
