Pros: soft track Cons: price
I'm a big runner, I ran so much, almost 4 times per week. I love out door running, but when it's come to summer and winter, when all the rain in the summer and cold in the winter. i'm forcing to run indoor. I bought this Proform 725EX. I'm amazed about...

Pros: large running belt, great programs, easy storage Cons: inaccurate calorie count
The perfect treadmill for all exercise levels. I search endlessly for the perfect machine for my indoor running and finally found it. For years I became accustom to using health club size tread mills. While I did enjoy the work out on them, I...

Pros: worked for a few years Cons: now broken, cannot get parts
I bought this model a few years ago when it was on sale for about $950 at Sports Authority. It is now broken and it is very difficult to get parts. The manufacturer's customer service lines are always busy and they never return your call....

Pros: convenient, durable, cushion deck Cons: inaccurate heart-rate monitor and calories burned
I bought the ProForm 730CS treadmill (at Sears) right after New Year's as a tool to complete my Millenium resolution to get back in shape. I played sports year round as a kid through high school and college. Although I was always at the top of my...

Pros: running treadmill at a walking treadmill price Cons: keep it to a fairly light run,
I sell treadmills at Sears, and when people ask for a basic, minimalist treadmill that will stand up to more than just the brisk walking that the cheaper models are designed for but without all the bells and whistles of the expensive models, I show...

Pros: Features/comfort good while it lasted. Probably good for walkers. Cons: Design quality unsuitable for runners. If you're over 150lbs avoid this and similarly constructed units.
I was attracted to this unit by the large belt size, the "bounce" of the tread (running outside every day was starting to beat up my knees) and the price. I used the built-in programs pretty regularly - 6 to choose from. I'd also use the ...

Pros: Very sturdy, attractive treadmill with many features. Cons: Not light to move around, but it does fold up neatly into compact position.
If you are looking for a very solid and stylish treadmill with some nifty features, this could be a great choice for you.
The easy-to-use console includes an LED Track (to show how many laps you've gone), calories and fat burned, pulse rate,...

Pros: durable, you decide the intensity Cons: heavy and a bit noisy
I love this treadmill, it has held up so well and lasted through some pretty intense workouts. I especially like the option of an incline which can really help burst your calorie burning.
I have used this treadmill through all stages. When I...

Pros: Nothing Cons: Every aspect of the treadmill
I purchased a 725ex in September of 99. I had nothing but problems with this machine. I had repair men from Sears out to my home every other week for three months. I never got to use this treadmill due to the fact that it was always broken. It went...

Pros: very quite, easy to use Cons: A little heavy
I purchased the Pro-Form T35 about three weeks ago because as you know the cold winter days are setting in around the hip area. I need to walk, and it is hard sometimes to be able to just take a walk. The weather alone does not always help. Having this...

Pros: Excellent electronics Cons: Tends to wobble a little. Noisy motor
People crowd into the gyms for the mirrors in my opinion. I decided to assemble my own gym in my garage (without the mirrors). The Proform 725 EX treadmill has been a great addition to my personal sweat room.
Yeah it's true that the treadmill...

Pros: cushion deck, good price, pulse reader Cons: noise, belt slips
The 725 EX treadmill by Pro Form is a good treadmill for the money. I found it for the price of $799. It has many features of some of your higher priced units but also some of your problems with your lower priced ones as well. Some of the things I...

Pros: There is nothing good about this machine whatsoever. Cons: NOISY, LOUD, UNSTABLE! cheap materials, takes up a lot of room, ruins carpeting
I bought a ProForm 725Ex over a year ago and have been thoroughly displeased, disgusted and disappointed with its performance. It does not live up to its name, reputation or price!
The machine promises smooth, quiet running while in...

Pros: Usable any time of the day Cons: expensive
When my family and I first got the machine, I wasn't so sure if it was right for me. Many people I know with a treadmill are 120lbs, and athletic. But this was before I realized that I could set a speed just right for me. My teenage daughter for...

Pros: Inexpensive, easy to use Cons: Not as sturdy as I'd like
I got my ProForm 725 (~$600) a month ago. So far I think I've gotten my money's worth.
The motor easily supports my needs (4.5 mph/5% incline). The speed/incline are easily controlled and display is very easy to read. The preset programs...
