Pros: It does a great job when the packs are working.
Cons: The instructions leave much to be desired with regard to lining stability.
Summary: Staying within the stated 5 minutes to heat in a microwave caused the plastic to stretch and expand and is now unusable. There is no easy way to find refills. The packs are not quality and the instructions leave much to be desired with regard to lining
