Pros: 6 grams of fiber to make you feel full.
Cons: Taste was sacrificed.
This oatmeal lacks the full flavor I had anticipated. I felt it could use more flavor so, you do find yourself adding extras to it which then defeats the purpose of weight control. I had to add butter and sweetener did be able to eat it. It did make me ...
