Cons: Property only has one and two bedroom suites, they do not offer regular rooms.

We stayed here during May 2007. Decided to visit Central Florida before the summer vacation season. We travelled with our 2 children ages 7 and 13. Our two bedroom suite was large, very clean and had two bathrooms. There was a well-appointed kitchenette and a sleeper couch in the living room. We loved the pool area with beautiful landscaping and nice hot tub for soaking after a long day at the theme parks. We visited Old Town, a free attraction down the street from the hotel in the evening and our son loved the thrill rides and go-cart action. We even found a mini golf course near the hotel. A grocery store was naerby for purchasing bottled water and snacks for our kitchen. The hotel recommended the Columbia Restaurant in downtown Celebration for a lovely dinner on our last night in Kissimmee. We look forward to our next visit to this hotel.

Cons: Unsafe, dirty, and poor customer service. Stay somewhere else.

Visited Orlando in October for a week and the hotel experience was very disappointing.

On the first night, a bag of souvenirs was taken by the cleaning staff from one of the bedrooms. The front desk directed us to contact the cleaning staff to follow-up, and of course, we never heard back from them during our stay.

The room was anything but clean, and as you might suspect, had a bug problem. When we took one of the roaches (in a plastic bad) to the front desk, they laughed and offered nothing except to have the room sprayed. Upon asking to speak to a manager, we received the business card of the night auditor.

We proceeded to call the Quality Suites customer service department to file a complaint, and were promised a written response in 7-10 business days. It has been over a month, and no response. A call back to customer service indicated I would need to contact another department for follow-up.

All in all, the hotel is very poor quality and has terrible customer service.

Pros: close to disney, stores and nicely priced
Cons: cleaning during stay should have been better.

we stayed here the week-end before christmas. 2 room suite was room enough for the six of us. not a five star hotel still nice enough for the money. cleaning service need's to do a little more during your stay.

all in all very happy.
