    Pros: inexpensive, easy to dismantle-clean-put back together. Doesnt take up a lot of space
    Cons: Inconsistent chopping, can be physically hard to chop thick items, cheap quality

    Pros: Makes things smaller.
    Cons: Mashes more than chops, cheap material.

    Pros: Quick and easy, safe, easy to clean, inexpensive
    Cons: You usually still have to get out a knife
